Ollie and Drew attend Primrose. This is, by far, the best choice in childcare I could possibly imagine for my kids. They are absolutely phenomenal at what they do each day and I love them for it. They are thoughtful, loving, committed, and truly amazing individuals. I've enjoyed getting to know them over the past few years. For Ollie's birthday this past week, they went out of their way to make it a special day. Ms. Krista made a huge banner for the door and all the teachers loved on him, passed around the camera, and celebrated his day with him. I realize that they do this kind of thing no matter the child there, but I secretly think that Ollie is their "favorite" in the infant room - my gosh - how couldn't he be??? He so lovable. Here are the superstars in action in the Infant Room...
Ms. Felisa. Ollie loves her so much. He just smiles and coos when he's around her. If he ever goes missing, I will know where to find him! Sometimes it is hard to pull him away in the afternoons because he is just so happy being with his teachers.
Ms. Krista is new to the infant room this year, but of course, has fallen in love with Ollie and made it her personal mission to become his friend. She has succeeded, obviously. He's hard to resist.
Ms. Jenni is great at snuggling with Ollie. He loves her, too. Ms. Jenni spends a lot of time on the floor with the kids and this makes Ollie very happy to have someone to crawl over and around.
And, last but not least is Ms. Alita. Ms. Alita is the early riser who gets to greet the boys each morning. She has been on staff for 20 years. Ollie is thrilled to see her each morning!! She is a saint for being in education as long as she has.
These are some more pictures they took throughout the day. He is happy as a clam eating his cupcakes, drinking juice, and playing.
A huge thank you to the women at Primrose for loving on Ollie and Drew as if they were your own. You have no idea how much it means to me. I have yet to hear the words, "I don't wanna go to school!!!" In fact, they are excited each morning and happy to be seeing their friends and teachers. I am so grateful for all that you do each day.
